It is Signed NAPIER , and is late century. Well-made brooch has a dimensional silver tone setting with enameling in beautiful shades of blue, white & black--and iridescent blue glitter on the mask. There are also 6 round domed glass cabochons in various shades of blue that look like bubbles. VERY PRETTY & SUPER DUPER CUTE! :) Brooch m easures approximately 2 5/8" x 1 5/8" x 3/8" and weighs 0.65 oz. It has a locking rollover C clasp in working condition.
