Description

Our client's very large and finely sculpted Italian marble bust of a Roman emperor, apparently Julius Caesar, measures 35 in tall, 29 in wide and 13 1/2 in deep. On reverse of right shoulder signed "P.B. 1887". Included is a later 20th century pedestal finely crafted from marble and wood with faux-marble painted inset panels to compliment the various red, brown and marble colors of the bust. Pedestal 38 1/2 in tall and 20 inches square. Item RA-212. Item sold as-is. All sales final.
